Hefei Haoyi Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd.-located in Hefei, Anhui Province, which is currently the capital city of China with rapid development. The production base is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, which is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of NdFeB, SmCo magnets and their components. It has international advanced production equipment, testing equipment and modern factory facilities. The products are at the forefront of China and at the international advanced level, and it is one of the large-scale enterprises in the permanent magnet industry. Our products are mainly used in aviation, automobile, industrial transmission, sensor, control instrument, communication, audio and other fields, and the parts involved mainly include automobile motors, sensors, servo motors, voice coil motors, instruments and meters, optical fibers, speakers and so on. For customers, we are not only suppliers, but also system solutions for magnetic materials and their components.
Ningbo Factory, established in May 2003, is an enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and import and export trade. It currently employs more than 200 people. At present, it has an annual output of 1,500 tons of high-performance sintered NdFeB permanent magnets, such as N52,N50M,48H, 45SH,42UH,38EH,33AH, etc. Our R&D team has solved the problem of weight loss of permanent magnet motors and internal products according to market demand. Especially in high service temperature, consistency, high coercivity and low weight loss, the company (BH)max(MGoe)+Hcj(Koe) has reached 70.
We have established good cooperative relations with many well-known customers at home and abroad, such as BAKKER, British CBK, Seagate International, johnson electric, Geely Automobile, ABB, Toyota Motor, German DST and so on.
In 2005, the company obtained IS09001 quality system certification, and in 2014, it successively obtained TS16949, ISO14001 and GB/T28001 management certification systems.
